Finding one’s center is an essential component to our ability to focus; it can be achieved with music, or through embracing the Elements of Nature ─ Wind/Air, Water, Earth & Fire, (LOVE) and aligning them with one’s senses of sight, hear, smell, taste, touch (LOVE).At this stage of meditation, you are ready to experience the magic of what is known as centering. Finding our centeris necessary because this is where we have an opportunity to “check in” with ourselves.
The objective of this enhanced meditation exercise, which is instantly applicable to one’s being, is “knowing yourself,” “understanding your energy.” Your ENERGY is reciprocal! What you put OUT is what you get in return.
