Meditation Enhances Divinity (M.E.D.S) is our Azimuth. Finding ones center is very important to our focus.. With music, focus, embracing the elements, Earth , Wind, Fire, Water, (LOVE); aligning them with the senses of , Smell, Taste, Feel, Hear, vision, (LOVE). At this point in Meditation, one is centered and are now ready to Embrace the magic of what is known as centering.
Centering is necessary because it gives us the opportunity to ‘check in” with ourselves.
The entire goal of this exercise which is applicable instantly to ones being is, “Knowing you”. Understanding your energy.
Your ENERY is receptive!! What you put OUT IS what you get in return.
